This privacy policy explains how Polished & Well collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit polishedandwell.com.
The short version
I collect the minimum information necessary to run the site and send you the things you’ve asked for. I don’t sell your data. I don’t share your email with third parties for marketing. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
What I collect
If you subscribe to the email list
I collect your email address. I may also collect your first name if you choose to provide it. This information is used to send you the free guide you requested and the weekly newsletter. Your email is stored with my email service provider (currently expected to be MailerLite, but subject to change).
If you visit the site
Like most websites, I use cookies and similar tracking technologies. The site may collect:
- Anonymous analytics data (pages visited, time on site, country) through tools like Google Analytics or Plausible
- Information about your device and browser
- Affiliate link clicks (used to track commissions, not to identify you personally)
If you contact me
I collect your name, email, and the contents of your message so I can reply. I don’t add you to any list as a result of contacting me.
What I do with it
- Send you the free guide and newsletter you signed up for
- Reply to messages you send me
- Understand which articles are popular so I can write more useful content
- Track which affiliate links generate sales (anonymised)
What I don’t do
- Sell your email or personal information to anyone
- Share your email with affiliate partners or advertisers
- Send you sponsored content from third parties
- Use your data for purposes you didn’t agree to

Some third-party services may collect data when you use this site:
- Email service provider (for newsletter management)
- Analytics provider (for traffic measurement)
- Affiliate networks (when you click affiliate links)
- Web hosting provider (Netlify)
